1. Review status
River does not accept real payments in this release. RevenueCat Test Store simulates purchases without charging money. Proposed prices and this refund process require owner, legal and payment-provider review before an actual paid release.
No subscription, automatic renewal, chip sale, paid game entry or prize purchase is offered. Existing beta styles remain free.
2. What a pack contains
Each of the seven proposed art packs contains twelve specified decorative seat pins. Preview all twelve before choosing. Chip-stack and trophy images are pictures, not game chips or prizes. An unlock permits personal use inside River while the purchase remains valid and the feature is provided.
The proposed standard price is $4.99 USD per pack, once. Final approved pricing and any applicable taxes must be shown before payment. No random contents, recurring charge, cash redemption, trading or resale rights are included.
3. Delivery and recovery
Use a recoverable River account before testing a purchase. RevenueCat records the simulated receipt; River’s backend independently verifies the entitlement before sharing a premium pin. A browser success message alone cannot grant access at a live table.
For a future approved sale, the selected pack would be delivered digitally to the signed-in account after receipt verification. Delivery can be delayed by provider outages or verification failures. A missing unlock does not mean you should place another order; refresh purchases or contact support to check its status.
Sign in on another device and refresh purchases to recover valid account access. If checkout closes unexpectedly or an unlock is missing, refresh and request help before trying to buy again. No physical shipping applies.
4. Proposed refunds
The proposed paid-launch policy would allow a refund request within fourteen days of purchase, including after previewing or using the decorations. This proposal is pending owner and legal approval; no real orders are currently accepted.
Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and undelivered purchases would be investigated even where an ordinary request period has ended. Statutory rights and any additional required remedies remain intact.
An approved refund would go to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank processing time varies. The associated pack unlock would be removed after refund or revocation, while separate valid packs and free gameplay would remain available. A refunded or revoked receipt would no longer entitle the account to that pack.
Simulated receipts have no real payment to refund. River must validate actual refund and dispute handling before charging customers.
5. Support requests
The seller’s public support contact is being finalized. Until it is published and staffed, real purchases remain unavailable. For a test issue, contact the person who invited you and provide the account handle, pack name, approximate time and a description of the problem.
For future paid support, use the published contact and receipt reference. Never send a password, recovery code, full card number, security code or bank credentials. River must verify the requester’s account before changing access or sharing purchase information.
